At FRUV, we prioritize your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products may be returned within 20 days of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

• Sale items or items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
