FRUV Wellness Waffles

Crispy on the outside, soft inside, these FRUV Wellness Waffles are made with FRUV Green Banana Flour, giving you a healthy, fiber-rich, and naturally energizing breakfast. Perfect for kids, fitness lovers, or anyone who wants a wholesome start to the day.

Ingredients (Makes 4 Waffles)

  • FRUV Banana Flour: 150 g
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Baking Soda: ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar / Honey: 1–2 teaspoons (optional)
  • Milk: 150 ml (dairy or plant-based)
  • Eggs: 2 (adds structure & fluffiness)
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Butter / Oil: for greasing the waffle iron

Method

1. In a bowl, mix together FRUV Banana Flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar/honey.

2. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.

3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until a thick but pourable batter forms.

4. Preheat and lightly grease your waffle iron.

5. Pour about ½ cup batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp.

6. Serve warm with honey, nut butter, yogurt, or fresh fruits.
